Working on Cartoon for my animation Class Would say I'm about 30% done, Well back to work!- Z

Happy New Year NG, how's everyone I hope that the year was great, and you did everything you wanted in 2023. I just want to say thanks to everyone for looking at my scribbles and bibbles just seeing that people viewed them is enough for me. 2023 was a decent one, I became an adult, graduated, and went to college; I never thought that I would be doing "adult things". I did a lot of things I'm proud of I finished high school, got my driver's license, and finished one semester of college. I bought a Dreamcast, Mvc2, and both Sh2 and Sh3 for my ps2 (Highlight of the year for me). As for as art I wasn't too happy about my progress because as soon as school finished, I got seriously burnt out. I didn't make much art, well stuff that I was proud of. I got a little bit better at animation, but didn't draw much, funny as I'm trying to do frame by frame. I overall wasn't satisfied in the end, but my animation teacher told me to look at my growth and sure enough I progressed. I'm a little bit better than before, and my teacher told me that's all we can do, do a little better than before. I'm stepping into 2024 eager; this time I will make a cartoon! Will it be good? I have no idea, but ik I'm gonna do it. I think what I mainly need to do is to enjoy myself, but also pace myself. I think if I do that I won't blow out like a light bulb. Anyway, Goals for 2024, demo reel, cartoon, and better at fighting games (mainly Third Strike and MVC2). I'll do another news post showing some of the things I did this year. But... yeah, I'll try to be more active. - Z neogeo

Yo! t's been about month since I posted anything. I'm deeply sorry about that, but I've been working on animations and stuff, I've been also playing ps2 games, and getting the hang of my iPad. So, i haven't had much time for drawing. Ik there's some in my request thread waiting for their sketches, and don't worry I will do those requests! But I want to take the time to say how are you and how are things? I hope 2023 is treating you right, and I hope your making things happen! Also, thanks for rockin' with me! Ik I'm not the best artist/animator, but I appreciate anyone looking at my doodles! Seriously Thanks! Also let me know if u guys would like to see a news post of my animations from school! Damn... 2022 is over and 2023 began. That's crazy... anyway today marks my 1-year NG anniversary as well as the day I decided to take art more seriously. Looking at my sketchbooks from last years' time to now I have improved greatly. I'm actually happy of my growth. Wish I could've gotten better faster, but it takes time. I wish I could've made some more animations and draw somethings I would be proud of, but I didn't. This year I'm gonna try to push myself, make a cartoon, try to collab/talk to more people, be more active and grow, but most importantly stop being scared of failure. I'm 17 about to turn 18 and I graduate soon so I might as well go for it. Thanks for reading I'm gonna give it my all! -ZB
